Mission & Vision

Vision.

To be with Community that is well informed and aware of health services, gender inequality, good governance, transparency, accountability and developmental issues in Tanzania.

Mission.

To build the capacity of the Tanzanian community especially women, youth, children and vulnerable groups to understand and address their developmental challenges. This will be done by using existing resources in collaboration with stakeholders.

FODEO Goal.

Address and improve Community Development in Tanzania through implementing a variety of community development interventions relevant and needed for Sustainable of Tanzanian Community.

The Commitment

Foundation for development organization – FODEO is expanding to these six areas with utmost dedication and passion towards achieving a sustainable mark for the nation. Our commitment hopes to shed inspiration and support here as follows:

  1. We commitment to provide education on entrepreneurship in women and youth and to empower them economically.
  2. We commitment to create community awareness to fight against HIV/AIDS, TB, and Malaria and give special attention to children's close care.
  3. We commitment to create awareness to adolescent and young women to understand their health status and fighting to reduce maternal and child mortality.
  4. We commitment to eliminate all forms of violence against women and girls at public and home levels, including the abolition of childhood pregnancy and forced marriage.
  5. We commitment to enhance sustainable agriculture, promoting and promote conservation of rural environment.
  6. We commitment to enable social accountability monitoring (SAM) through various opportunities provided to the community especially in the Education, Health, Water and Agriculture sectors.
